Bad first time experience at Car Toys.I needed to purchase a couple kits, ask about some wiring questions and possibly get a quote for tint removal but none of that occurred. I drove 30 minutes there and back for nothing... Store had no employees at 5pm. Complete waste of time and gas, thanks Car Toys

What a fantastic experience with this store and staff. I've been a loyal CT customer for years - and this has been my best experience yet. I needed to get a full audio system reworked in a 2006 camper van. They offered friendly expert counsel without any element of salesy jargon - just straight shooting. They even got me in same day for a full afternoon of work when they could have just been enjoying a lighter calendar. They were ready to work! And the quality of the work was fantastic. The audio is phenomenal - beyond expectations - and they went above and beyond with little things I hadn't even thought of like the ability to adjust my sub from my dashboard with a separate adjustment knob for convenience. I could prattle on but the post might lose its effectiveness. Highly recommend! Post script - e weeks later. Had some More stuff done to my van and they were outstanding. Again! James, in particular! I even had a light bar installed by another 4x4 company. It quit working. The CarToys team figured it out and fo3; it just to be helpful! Ok - I’ll quit gushing.

Highly recommend for any repair needs- had a long term stereo issue and it was fixed within 20 minutes! Ray did an amazing job and worked super fast and the issue was completely resolved as soon as he finished. Staff is all very polite and courteous. Pricing is very reasonable and costed less than expected.

This was a great experience! I called in the morning and they walked me through the process and different price levels for different types of tints. Josh was the one who did the tints and it looks amazing!

I reached out to Car Toys Fort Collins regarding the cost of removing tint from the drivers and front passenger windows; they had been installed by a dealership in Greeley and were too dark for me. Louie was very helpful and explained the different tints and the removal cost. He was genuinely concerned about my satisfaction, emphasizing his desire for me to be happy with the outcome and offered to remove then install a lighter tinting for essentially the price of removing the tinting. Words can not express the appreciation and gratitude I feel towards Car Toys FC especially Louie and Josh. Fabulous customer service! I would definitely recommend stopping by Car Toys FC for your tinting needs.
